The activities, stretches and exercises are divided into three sections:
- Acute Low Back Pain where we present information, exercises and activities geared for this type of condition.
- Moderate Low Back Pain has more advanced exercises and activities to help rehabilitate a person with some back pain.
- Keeping the Back Healthy is a section full of information and exercises which will strengthen and help prevent an onset of back pain.
