BIELER BROTH -- This is a broth recipe which supports energy, weight loss and detoxification. Easy to prepare and very transportable. Following is the recipe.
· 3 stalks of celery
· 2 whole zucchini
· 2 cups of string beans
· 1 cup parsley
Put 1 cup of good clean water in a stock pot. Then put in the string beans and steam about 5 minutes. Add the celery and zucchini; steam for another 5-7 minutes (or until tender but still crisp). DON'T OVERCOOK! When the vegetables are tender, drain the water from the pot (than the vegetables were cooked in) into a blender. Then follow with the cooked vegetables. Blend until liquefied. Add a teaspoon or so of raw unsalted butter and the parsley. Blend again until the parsley is liquefied. Enjoy.
· OPTIONAL: Add 1 clove of garlic, minced with the string beans and cook with the vegetables.
